5 Exercises:

  1. Plank (hold 1-2 mins) x 3

  2. Super mans (10-15 lifts) x3

  3. Donkey kicks with side hold (5 kicks + 20 sec hold to side) x3 per side

  4. Squats (25 reps) x3

  5. Lunge with knee lift (10 per side) x3
