Trying to fuel through peak performance through macro-nutrition alone. What is macro nutrition? Macro-nutrition is your combination of carbs, fat, and protein and while it’s definitely important to consider, I personally find that focus on micro-nutrition tends to be the missing link for most people. When focusing on micro nutrition we work on reducing inflammation in the system and giving each cell the nutrients it needs to recover quicker and perform optimally. In this video I break down some easy changes I’ve made to my daily routine to maximize my micro-nutrition daily and therefor maximize my athletic performance through reduced inflammation!
