Week 1- Post Hike Stretch
20 Min Post-HIke Stretch Yoga
This short yoga flow is designed to stretch your legs and hips after a hike but it is also a great follow-up to any lower body workout or even a long day of sitting. All you need is two blocks (or something similar- like two same sized books) and 20 quick mins to get you feeling better than ever! This is a complete practice including a shavasana at the end. P.s. rest is the most important part- don’t skip your shavanasa!
