I am so grateful for my hometown of Aspen, CO. It is a magical town with some of the most amazing nature and views that I’ve ever seen. I find so much joy in all the outdoor activities there are to do here. As a yogi who is constantly on the go and traveling I’ve found that I’ve had to find a way to feel at home no matter where I am. Even though I spend as much time as possible outdoors, one of the places I feel most at home is on my yoga mat. For me it’s all about the balance between going out and turning inward.
