My story
Most of you know that I have been really passionate about health for a long time.. but it mostly started as a reaction to being really unhealthy.
During my last couple years of college I had a really really tough relationship with food.. Mostly, I would avoid it. It's hard to imagine but at one point I weighed about 25 pounds less than I weigh now..
As I worked on my relationship with food I discovered a passion for nutrition and fueling my body with the best things possible. I was feeling mostly good but had to go off the birth control pill because I was having some less than optimal reactions... and then EVERYTHING fell apart.
My skin exploded and what you couldn't see externally was the pain and discomfort I was experiencing. For awhile the doctors kept prescribing me antibiotics.. 6 times in 2 years.. and when I was feeling worse than ever they gave me the diagnosis of "interstitial cystitis". Which basically equates to: we can't help you, sorry! I switched it naturopathic medicine where I did 2 different food sensitivity tests, 2 super intensive elimination diets and surrendered over $2k of my hard earned cash.. Still nothing.
Finally, in the fall of 2017 my friend recommended I start a program focused equally as much on getting the nutrients missing (through whole food nutrition) as it did removing the things that cause inflammation. FINALLY my body had the tools it needed to start to heal.
It wasn't overnight but it was REAL and I haven't gone to the doctor since.
I still flood my body with the good stuff everyday but every single month I do a little 10-day "tune-up" and I help a handful of people stay accountable on their starting/setting their health goals.
That's what this is. Real People helping other real people use REAL FOOD to work towards healing/running optimally instead of just getting by!

Requirements
Must be willing and available to work at least 10 hours per week although 15+ is preferable (1.5 of those weekly hours are attending weekly calls where you will learn the skills you need to succeed. The first 30 days you will have about an hour a day working through a training course that can be done on your own time)
Must be able to invest $150-270 in yourself for the supplies you'll need to get started. (this money doesn't go to me- this is for YOU, your health, and your business)
Must be relatively quick with communication (preferably responding within a day unless we've chatted and know that you'll be out of reach)
Must have the entrepreneurial spirit! Building your own business is challenging but the potential rewards for that hard work doesn't have a glass ceiling like traditional businesses!
